Unable to Access Return label now the return is closed

I have been attempting to return an item but due to a technical glitch I have been unable to access the return label whatsoever. I reached out to the seller and they just kept redirecting me to eBay support but I have searched high and low and have not seen any way to get help with this issue.

Once a Buyer has been refunded, eBay considers the case closed. You are no longer required to return the item.

If eBay sent you a return label, it is no longer valid. If the Seller still wants the item returned, they will need to purchase a new return label to send to you.
