Unable to access my account top left pull down trying to get into team access. I have an iPhone
Have an iPhone and can’t get into team access can’t see the top left account pull down

You cannot find "team access" even if you could use the the Account drop down. If you reply telling us what you need help with and writing out the general details of your problem. We can probably give you quicker and better help with your issue.
FYI, the Account drop down menu may not work on the App, but you can login to ebay the classic way with your username and password by using your phones browser, then you can get the drop down menu.

OP9 months agoOn my iPad you go to seller hub. Top left is a drop down menu. Account open that and it brings up team access
on my iPhone you go to seller hub. Doesn’t show a drop down menu on the top left so I can’t go to account.
so how else do I pull up team access
I’m old and computer challenged so please excuse my faults. I’m struggling
any advise is sppreciated
