Unable to Access eBay Live Chat

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with eBay Customer Support and I really need some help. eBay is currently only giving me the email option. I’m not getting the live chat or call-back option at all.
I’ve tried multiple times, but I still can’t access chat or speak with an agent. I’ve been trying very hard to resolve this, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there any solution or another way to get the live chat option back?
I would really appreciate any advice or help. Thank you!

What options you see may depend on your particular issue. Some issues such as feedback are handled via email.
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
