Unable to accept feedback revision request

I am having an issue in removing feedback I left on a product. I left neutral feedback that I worked out with the seller and am looking to remove the feedback. The seller sent me a request and I received the email to accept it. Whenever I click "Revise feedback", eBay takes me to this message:

"We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give feedback.

eBay sent you a feedback revision request."

Any help of solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Was it this Neutral?

Package was shipped quickly and packed well, but description was inaccurate. Both title and description mentioned the feature of music for these slippers, but batteries were empty and irreplaceable upon testing.

I am finding that Neutral Feedback can no longer be changed to Positive and will tag some other members who might be able to confirm that. This change "may" have happened in the middle of 2025 from what my search revealed.

Yes, that's the review. I am looking simply to delete it rather than change it to Positive. Thanks for the info.

You canâ€™t simply delete it. The only option would be to change it to positive . . . IF that function is available.

Sorry, you do not have the power or choice to delete Feedback. If the function still exists to CHANGE it to Positive please do so before the 10 period expires.

Got it. So the option to change Neutral to Positive was removed? I can't seem to find that option anywhere.

When I googled changing Neutral to Positive and then Negative to Positive I got different answers. No to the former and yes to the latter. While I know how the FB Rev form works I also know that they may have changed it working on Neutral FBs without really making an obvious announcement about it.

Hey @comics-scifi-collectibles thanks for the tag. The option has definitely not been removed. However, there is a site issue at the moment that is preventing revisions. ALERT16397 has been opened for this issue.

Hey @comics-scifi-collectibles thanks for the tag. The option has definitely not been removed. However, there is a site issue at the moment that is preventing revisions. ALERT16397 has been opened for this issue.

Thanks for the confirmation of the tech issue ... I thought I was going nuts trying to figure out why members couldn't use the FB Rev form ...

There was a recent update to the Feedback Policy (October). It's in regards to mixed feedback which this one appears to be.

If the Seller requests that feedback be removed, if it's mixed, eBay will send the Buyer a Revision form to edit the part of the feedback that violates Policy. They have ten days to edit..if they don't correct the violation, the entire feedback will be removed.

So, I may have started us down an unnecessary rabbit hole on an implied non-functioning FB Rev form that may in fact work but the OP is simply not familiar with the process and did not want to pursue the canned process eBay provides.
