Unable to accept, counter, or decline offers
I've been unable to accept, counter, or decline offers for a week and have contacted eBay about this and they created a ticket about it, yet the problem is not solved. I have people trying to make offers on items and I cannot even accept them, let alone counter or decline. This is a huge problem. I am using a mobile device because it's all I have available to me. I tried using someone else's phone to see if it was just mine that was acting up, but the same problem is present on their phone too. I've lost out on multiple sales because of this. Is anyone experiencing this?
