Unable to accept counter offer.
Hello, I made an offer for an item and the Seller sent me a counter offer. When I click on the counter offer to accept, it takes me back to the original ad or post. I’m unable to accept the counter offer. I’ve update my app and I let the Seller know. Is there something else I may be doing wrong. Unable to accept through myEbay under bids/offers or via email with the link. Any advise would be good. Thanks in advance

Mentor2 years agoIt's possible that someone else bought the item before you tried to accept the counter offer.
What is the item #?
