un fair biding
if someone places a hi bid on and item and it stays hi all week then on the last day retraced and then tries to bid again at the last few hours to get it a lot cheaper can you refuse his bid.

·2 years agoYou can cancel the bidder's bid(s--all bids by that bidder on that auction are removed) at any time before the auction ends, and you can add him/her to your Block Bidder/Buyer List to keep him/her from making another bid.
Once the auction ends you may not refuse to sell to him/her.
