Umbrella base
I received the umbrella base without 3 pieces. When I contacted the seller they will give me a Max of $4.00 refund and told me to order what was missing parts on eBay. The pieces that I need start at $14.00? Now the seller wants me to returned the whole thing.
i asked for a refund of $14.00 and they said I would only get $4.00.
I don’t intend to return the whole thing, I had to wait 2 weeks for it when it was originally only going to take 1 week

Mentor2 years agoIf you file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, the seller has to provide a prepaid shipping label, and once the package is received, issue a full refund.
