UK eBay International
Hello community. I have a potential buyer from the UK. He was unable to make an offer according to his error message because of an unpaid item in his cart. I had already called ebay who said it was actually because the UK as of last Dec., was no longer in the ebay International shipping program. Can anyone deny or confirm this? thanks
