UGH Item Switched Again
I just had another customer switch items. This is the third time. The first time when this happened I reported this to eBay, but I was still charged a fee. I also reported this to the police and filed a report. This seems to happen to name brands. This time it was Todd Snyder item that got switched. The buyer put a fake Todd Snyder item and returned it. I just went back through all my items and took out all the Todd Snyder items. What should I do this time? Should I still go ahead and file with the police and report this to eBay?
