I misread a description of an item that I ordered from [removed by moderator]. I thought that I was ordering a stapler and the extra spools that holds the tape in place as you are using it. So on my end I thought that I was getting a stapler also but I was wrong. So I reached out to [removed by moderator] and she responded back with a very sarcastic statement making me feel like a dummy and we all at times misread things.

What did you say, exactly? "Reached out" could mean any of a dozen things. I believe that a seller should maintain decorum, but I also believe that goes for the buyer too.
