Two Years and haven’t gotten my purchase.
I ordered something as a preorder for a game in July of 2021. It was to be shipped to me once the seller had received the item so I hadn’t checked in on it frequently since I knew the release date was going to be a bit later. Fast forward two years, the listing says it still hadn’t shipped and I would love to report it, but it’s not something I can return or dispute because it was never shipped to me. And apparently eBay has no way to just talk to someone so here I am. can anyone help me get my $200 back from 2 years ago?

Mentor3 years agoSellers are not allowed to list items for presale that they can't ship within 30 days.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History to open a case with eBay. After that, eBay can't help you. PayPal offers 180 days of protection and that's probably the maximum a credit card will offer. You have allowed over 700 days to pass without taking action, so you'll have to chalk this up to a loss.

Mentor3 years agoThere is no help for a refund after two years, that you'd have to go after the seller yourself for. Is the item still listed and/or the seller still active on ebay?
