Two USPS charges to same seller for one item

I shipped one (1) item to a buyer in Kansas, but ebay is showing I got charged for 2 shipments. And the system generated 2 tracking #s. How do I get a refund for the duplicate shipping label?

Never mind! I figured out how to void the duplicate shipping label and submit a request for refund.
