Two Step Verification Problem in Account Settings-I don't have a mobile device
I am trying to set up Two Step verification for my account (been on Ebay since 2007) and want more access to my account, but am told access is limited until I set up Two Step verification.
Question is, each of the several options shown all require a mobile device app, and I don't do texting, nor do I have a smart phone. Could someone please help with this?
