two shipping labels created for same item
shipping label would not print. got another label and it printed with no problems. i was charged for both labels

to Void a shipping label>
from seller hub, hover over Orders (top left of page) and click on Shipping labels and click on Void the label next to the sold item.
Void labels take at least 2 weeks to get refunded.
If it does not show up, it is because it went past the timeline, I think 5 days.
If so, you will have to void it thru the USPS website or physically go to a post office.
