two shipping label for one item

I accidentally created two shipping labels for one item. Trying to void a shipping label with USPS tracking 9400108205499126565169 when I try to void this label I get message saying try again later. Just trying to get refund for shipping

The label was purchased on 7/23. You only have 5 days to void a USPS label. After that, it's too late.
