two separate shipping services
How can I have two separate shipping services, one for Alaska and Hawaii and another for the other states, on the same listing?

With Shipping Rate Tables you can pick a different rate and method for Alaska, Hawaii etc
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
I believe it needs to be a flat price

OP2 years agoYes, I can create a flat shipping price, but I still cannot figure out how to make free shipping for all states, and then use that flat rate only for Alaska/Hawaii

Go to Rate Tables here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Here's an example.
Once you create the rate table, you add that table to the listings you want it to apply to.

OP2 years agoHi,
Yes, I did create the table, but once in the listing, I have not found any place where the table can be retrieved and applied to the shipping options.

You'll need to
1) create your listing on the website, not the app.
2) you will need to use the "Advanced/New" listing tool
If you can add videos to your listing, you have the right listing form. If you can't add videos, I explain how to upgrade your listing format
AFTER 1 & 2
3) Select "Flat" Shipping, not calculated
Near the very bottom you should see something similar to this, where you can apply your rate table.
Let me know how it goes.

OP2 years agoChanging to FLAT rate was the key... the rate table dropdown list showed up.
So, this is the set up now: I have free shipping checked + Alaska/Hawaii table (which should theoretically charge $10 ONLY to Alaska/Hawaii buyers).
.... Here is the table

Mentor2 years agoIt's looking good.
I couldn't find the listing that has this.
I did see you have Alaska and Hawaii excluded on many listings.
For the listings you want to have the $10 charge, you will want to *allow* Alaska/ Hawaii shipping on those items.
