Two separate problems to address!
First of all I ordered a product back in March 2025. It is now August 2025. I have still never received the item. I did contact the seller and the seller acted like it would be in the mail asap. It never came! I have asked for my refund from the seller and still NO refund! It is has been impossible from EBAY since it has been over 90 days and I can never get transferred to a customer service representative. I am so frustrated!
Second Item....It never came and the Seller said their was a problem on their end. It finally did come but once after the 90 days. The problem is I ordered a product the seller said was brushed nickel, but when it came in the maile.....it was polished chrome. Now I cannot use it or return it!

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open an Item Not Received refund request.
Once it is past that 30 days, the Money Back Guarantee expires and eBay will not get involved.
Your option now is to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
