two separate items to the same address
I listed an item for sale and I had four of the same item available. I sold two items to the same buyer who paid for shipping for each item. Do I ship them in the same box and only use one shipping label?

Do you see 2 separate orders, one for each item? If you can ship them together in one package, check the box in front of each order, click SHIPPING at the top, click Get shipping label. Change the weight and dimensions of the package as needed and print out the shipping label. You can refund the difference the buyer paid.
