Two Seller ID's
I believe it's allowed to have Two Seller ID's. But I'm wondering if one can be a business Seller ID, and one be a non-business Seller ID.
What do you know or believe about this. I don't think I'd get a definite answer from asking an EB CS person.

Yes you can have multiple accounts as long as they have different email addresses. One can be personal and one can be business.
For your business account you need to have a business banking account in the business name to get your payments. You can not use a personal account.
