two purchased item missing from purchase history . I got no answer from both eBay nor seller

The Seller has no contact information at all. What listed in eBay is far away in China. But product was shipped from warehouse I believe in the States.

First time to face such Issue, I want to return the products but since they are not in the purchase history, I couldn't return. It is very ridiculous as the products are only missed from purchase history. Anyone know why?

Appreciate if I can get an answer for it.
