Two products purchased by two different buyers and the wrong item sent to each of themTwo products purchased by two different buyers and the wrong item sent to each of them how to resolve this
Summary: fre_278673 is dealing with a situation where two buyers received incorrect items. They have contacted both buyers and proposed that each ship the item to the correct recipient, with reimbursement for shipping costs. However, one buyer mentioned eBay might provide a shipping coupon, and fre_278673 is hoping eBay can facilitate this solution.
So I was contacted today by a purchaser and he showed me that the wrong item had arrived, which means that when I went to the Post Office, something transpired there, perhaps it was me. Perhaps it was not, but I will be the one to wear it, so I'm trying to work it out. I have contacted both of the buyers. Even the one that has not received an item yet to let him know that his item is in someone else's hands I have discussed the idea where they could each ship it to one another When they both arrived, and I would simply reimburse them for the cost of the shipping. But one of the buyers has said, eBay will normally send them some type of shipping coupon. What I would like is for eBay to provide each of them with a shipping coupon to send it to the other person having it come back to me is pointless and a waste of time.

When sellers accidentally switched shipping labels, you need to have each of the buyers go to their Purchase history and click RETURN THIS ITEM because It is Not as Described. When you are notified, you click to agree to the returns. Each buyer is then notified to return the item and a link is sent to them to print out the return shipping label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you relist each of the items, the buyers repurchase, and you reship the item to the correct buyer. If you still need to use QR-codes, give it to the clerk one package at a time.
