Two people selling the same item
Im trying to decide between two items, both are alike. One is in CA, the other is in SC. Weird thing is the more I've been looking at them I noticed the serial numbers are the same. Both items have a scratch in the same place. Is this against any Ebay rules?

Mentor4 months agoI am guessing that one of those listings must be the original, and the second one downloaded the photo and is using it in his/her listing. One of those sellers is ripe for a returns request for Item Not as Described.
