Two months to receive his shipment
I have a shipment expected to arrive in Saudi Arabia within two months? (Two months is an exaggeration) I hope it is faster than that, now it is shipped internationally on eBay.
How can you get the shipment faster?
Two months. Why is there transportation between countries using a bicycle?

Where is the Seller's item located?
What was the estimated delivery date when you purchased? Normally you only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date to file a claim that you did not receive the item.
Did the Seller message you with that delivery schedule?
If the item was sold with eBay's International shipping it takes longer than if the Seller shipped directly to you but 2 months sounds too long.
