Two Feedback Areas

Question

In the Seller Hub Feedback section, there are two Feedback links (one at top and one at bottom of the section). They lead to two very different feedback pages. Is one meant to be directed to the Buyer and the other to the general public? Are both public? Could someone explain?

I didn't see your photo when I composed my first reply.

1) The top feedback link is to your profile
Yes, feedback left is viewable by the public.
- when looking at buyer feedback, you can't see what they bought (unless looking at your own feedback)
- when looking at seller feedback, you can't see the buyer's ID (unless looking at your own feedback)

A few folks have opted to have private feedback, you can't be a seller with private feedback.

2) The bottom link is to leave feedback for your buying and selling partners. What's left there will be publicly visible on their feedback profile, and also on your 'Feedback Left For Others' tab.

There is a summary of recent feedback in a box labeled Feedback - that is for the seller's review.

There are several places with links to your feedback profile. This is very helpful, is visible to both buyers and sellers. https://feedback.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/good-stuff-turtle

(each person will see more on their feedback about what was bought that anyone else will though)

Sometimes you can reach a 'classic' view of feedback which is simplistic and doesn't have enough information. It looks like this https://www.ebay.com/usr/good-stuff-turtle?_tab=feedback
