Two Email Address
Hello, I have been unable to change my Email. Please forward me Ebay's Email CS Email. I would like to change my old account to my new address.
Your not deleting the ghost Email account.

Each eBay account needs a unique email address, and you cannot reuse the same address with a new account.
Some mail providers allow more than one email address to point to the same inbox, however, so this may allow you to create a unique email address that way.
eBay does not have an email address for general customer service. You must contact eBay through the Help & Contact page and follow the prompts to request a call back or else be put in touch with the correct department through other means.
