I accidently have two ebay accounts and can't get into the one that has a return label for me. How do I get that?

Mentor11 months agoIf the original purchase was made as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email eBay sent regarding the guest order. Or else open that link from within a private or incognito browser window.

·11 months agoYou should just be able to log out of the wrong account and log back in using the user ID or email address for the one that was issued the return label. To make things easier on myself, since I have multiple accounts as well, I keep my accounts logged in in different web browsers.
