TWO DEFECTS ON ONE ORDER?
I have a question I am hoping someone can answer. I had to cancel an order for being out of stock so I understand getting a defect for transaction out of stock but I also got a defect for late shipment even though nothing was shipped. I appealed the defect and was denied. According to this policy by ebay:
"The transaction defect rate is the percentage of your total transactions that had any 1 of 2 defects. Note that these defects often measure how satisfied your buyers were with a transaction. We don't count more than 1 defect per transaction." If this is the case then how do these two defects on the same order make sense. Please help. Here are the defects
