Twice in the last two days, the shipping costs I have with my listings has been altered by Bay
I take great care in packaging my items before listing so that buyers can determine shipping costs. Two times in the last day the package dimensions and weights have been changed by Ebay and undercharged, so that I have to eat the extra shipping costs. Is this happening to anyone else? I will put my items on hold now until this can be addressed.

Mentor2 years agoI have never had ebay change my weight or dimensions. Are you using the Quick Listing Tool and having ebay select the average weight and dimensions based on previous sales by other sellers?
