Hi,
I bought a TV set-top box in December but it failed after working for 2 months. Seller is ignoring my emails.
I can't find a phone number so I guess I have to accept the financial loss?

Mentor2 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor warranties on items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a return within 180 days of the sale. If you paid with a credit card, you can file a charge back.
