Turned out to be Fake items with eBay authenticity guarantee
I bought shoes with eBay authenticity guarantee. But they turned out to be fake. I've reported it to eBay customer service but they answered me like they didn't find any problem on it. I want to know how to get compensation for the item. Can you help me with this?
