"Turn On Offers" not working.
I’m making a listing. At the end there’s the option to “Turn on Offersâ€, but nothing happens!?! I’ve cleared the cache, changed browsers, but no link.
Has anyone else had this problem? Ebay doesn’t appear to have a technical support department, that I can find. I’m at a loss!
