Turn off Ebay Auto Approve Refunds Setting
Can anyone point me to where I "uncheck" the approval for Ebay to auto approve refunds? I have looked everywhere and read every article on refunds. Probably overlooked but now I'm frustrated. 🙂 Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoIf you mean accepting returns, you can create rules here - https://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SellerRules?returnId=0&rmvHdr=false&action=showSellerRulesList
The automatic refund 2 days after receipt of a return is not optional.
