Turbo Tax software "Like New"

Question

Can you still use a Turbo Tax software that has been used or activated already? I supposed when the seller says " New and sealed" that means this was not installed to the computer before. If it say "Like New" that may have been used or registered a another user. Bottom line, is it safe to buy Turbo Tax software in Ebay? What do we need to look for?

@marsongc-0 Personally I'd buy it from a retailer or direct from Turbo Tax.

However if you do buy it from eBay and it's not as described you can return it for a full refund. You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee which overrides a sellers no return policy.
