Sold for $160 but was bought from oversees. It cost $101 plus all my fees for listing. Which means i would only make $17 on brand new never opened press, what should i do. No money has been collected on my part. Just ebays.

Your buyer will not be able to pay, since you only set up shipping to the US. I would send the buyer a very apologetic note, explaining that the item is not available for international shipment, but you did not set it up correctly, so you will have to cancel their purchase.
In your list of sold items, select cancel transaction, then select problem with buyer’s address.
Before you relist it for sale, change a few settings. First exclude all international locations here - under exclude locations - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Then on this page - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements - check the box to block buyers with a primary shipping address in locations you do not ship to.
