Trying to upload picture of wrong item received. Not working.
I received the wrong item completely from a seller that doesn't accept refunds. Opened chat with automated assistant for help. I've been unable to add a photo, the whole chat starts over again. I'm not techie at all but I have uploaded pics and files before - not to Ebay though. I would prefer to speak to an agent but that doesn't seem possible. If I'm wrong, please let me know how.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can file a Return Request from your purchase history and attach a photo to the return request.
Locate the photo upload area on the return form, which usually shows an "Add photo" button or a plus sign icon.
Click the button to open your device's file explorer or photo gallery.
Select the photo and click Open.
Wait for the thumbnail to load, fill out any required comments, and submit the request.
