Trying to unlock cell phone purchased
Hello my name is Dan. I am trying to contact Ebay to unlock my cell phone so I can use it for assurance wireless. I have been on the phone all morning with ebay. I called them on my other cell phone minutes died on the phone I was calling. I tried my landline phone however they only told me to contact ebay.com/help.
I contacted the ebay seller and he told me the cell phone was unlocked however assurance wireless said it isn't unlocked. I don't know what to do at this point. I am mad frustrated and worried my service with assurance wireless in done at this point.
Anyone have any advice for this problem. Daniel McAvoy
