Trying to switch my e-mail back to my old address after changing back to provider
Hello,
Several years ago I switched from gmail to outlook. Microsoft has failed to address a problem so I am switching back to gmail. Problem. When I try to switch to gmail the system says the e-mail address is in use. When I try to log in with that e-mail address the system says the account does not exist.
Any help would be appreciated.
