Trying to ship an item to an incorrect mailing address

Buyer purchased an item from me. The shipping address the buyer put in is coming up as incorrect when I try to print the shipping label. Any ideas? The item is now overdue and I cannot get a response from the buyer

You can cancel the transaction using "issue with buyer's address" as the reason. Send another message to the buyer to let him know what the problem is and let him know that you have relisted the item so he can repurchase it with a valid address. Provide the new item number in your message.
