Trying to send an invoice
I sold an item and I am trying to send an invoice, but this message comes up: The buyer is requesting that you ship to a country that you have excluded. It's going to Israel.
Problem is I haven't excluded any countries. How do I fix this? Thank you

Mentor5 months agoGiven the situation in the Middle East it is possible that eBay is automatically excluding Israel and several other countries from available shipping locations. You can try shipping directly through the USPS but this will reduce your seller protections.
