Trying to send a copy of a paid invoice to a buyer
My buyer needs a copy of the paid invoice - not the packing slip - has already received the order and it is paid. It is within the 30 day window but I cannot find the "send invoice" option anywhere on the order action page as is suggested by the automated AI help. The buyer is not able to find a copy of this from his purchase history either.

Mentor5 months agoThe buyer can go to their Purchase History, find the item and then they can click on Order Details to print a copy which shows the financial details, etc.
If they made the purchase as a guest on Ebay, they will have to find the order confirmation email that Ebay sent and they click on "order details" within that email.
