Trying to sell internationally but old ebay settings might be in the way
International people can't see my items in the phone app despite the items being enrolled in the ebay international shipping program and them clicking on a link to get to the item.
I used to have settings to disable selling outside of the US and have removed everything I can find but think there might be more elsewhere. Does anyone have a list of all the settings where folks could be denied access to bid on items based on their location?

·2 years agoThere are item specific restrictions on EIS, and those listings that do not qualify simply don't include it. OP2 years agoThis was clear as mud and did not explain anything.
There was no indicator on any of the ebay seller pages that required information isn't included.

Mentor2 years agoI looked at 3 of your listings and they all only ship to the USA. Go to
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
and opt into the ebay International Shipping
Now check your listings and see if the EIS is enabled.
