Trying to sell a Switch 2 console from a seller that no longer exists
I recently bought a Nintendo Switch 2 console on eBay for $260 plus tax. Upon noticing suspicious activity from the seller and seeing identical listings on eBay from similar suspicious sellers, I requested a refund and reported the seller. However, the seller is no longer a registered user and I doubt I have a way to contact them anymore. How can I get my money back ASAP?
EDIT: Should mention that the listing had the "eBay Money Back Guarantee" attached, and I did pay with a debit card.

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
