Trying to return to seller - USPS says the address is incomplete
I purchased a tool that was fake and asked the seller to initiate the return process. I went to USPS where they scanned the qr code provided by the seller to make the shipping label. I got a notification from USPS that the address is incomplete and it cannot be delivered. I contacted the seller and the seller isn't responding. I don't have the option that you can click on that let's EBAY intervene. It's not showing up. Not sure what to do.
