trying to return or getrefund for chinese knockoff of DeWalt tool

Question

I bought an advertised as DeWalt angle grinder from prime-vault-usa seller which turned out not to be a DeWalt tool but was a Chinese knockoff with DeWalt's name on it and it doesn't work anymore...No page found for the dealer and no response from contact the dealer and no way to contact e-bay to rectify the situation...

If it has been less than 0 days, you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
