trying to return item.Sellers shipper cannot give me a return label. Need to speak to live agent
Bot gold chain through ebay. Seller sent silver chain. Seller is in China. Have tried to start a return but contacted sellers shipping company i.e. GOFO. and they will not send me a return label or let me fill out and buy a return label. GOFO says only way is to have seller send me a GOFO return shipping label. Have informed seller and get no reply. I need to speak to an EBAY agent by phone.

Mentor11 months agoIf the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

Mentor11 months agoSellers in China do not have access to US shipping labels. They must send you the money for a return label to your PayPal account.
