eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you open a case under that Guarantee within 30 days of delivery, you should receive a return label. A case can be opened if you the item did not match the description in the listing or it arrived damaged. If it is not one of those, you would need to pay to ship it back to the Seller for a potential refund.
