Trying to return item
I got my purchase today the box is damaged and hear something rattleing inside that should not be rattling. EBay says they have no record of my purchase

Mentor8 months agoDid you make the purchase as a guest? Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase made with your account. You would need to find the confirmation email for the item and it will have special log in instructions. When you log in that way you will see the item and can open any case or request you need to.
