·1 year agoHey @lawrcon-23 so i'm not 100% sure what the item is or what you mean by the performance. If it's not defective and still works as intended, then your return would be a remorse return
If the item was not working as it should, or is defective, then the item was not as described, and is covered under eBay's money back policy
