Trying to return an item; nothing happening
Summary: brorick is experiencing difficulties returning a hard drive enclosure purchased online. Despite corresponding with the seller and attempting to initiate the return process twice, there has been no update, and the return window is closing soon. They are seeking assistance on how to proceed.
I purchased a hard drive enclosure and it's not working. I corresponded with the seller about it, but can't get it to work.
I've started a return twice, and I've not seen anything from the seller or eBay regarding the return. When I go to my purchase history, I expect to see something about the return in process, but it's not shown. Window to make the return closes Friday, August 7. The attempts to start a return were probably a week or so ago and earlier this week.

Mentor1 month agoWe cannot search using the Order number. We need the ITEM NUMBER, which is a 12 digit number.
